These terms apply to all users, including customers, designers, or any other party using our platform (“User”, “You”, “Your”).

1. Registration

  1. You must register as either a Customer or a Designer to use our services.
  2. All registration information must be accurate and up-to-date.

2. Our Services

For Customers:

  • Custom logo design and branding solutions.
  • Access to business stationery, social media templates, marketing collateral, web and app banners, presentations, and more.
  • Ability to request revisions and free customizations.

For Designers:

  • Submit original logos to our platform.
  • Sell unused logos via our system.
  • Designers retain rights to their work until the logos are purchased.

Note: There is no direct one-to-one connection between customers and designers.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  1. Customers receive full rights to purchased logos upon payment. LogoVerse does not provide copyright registration.
  2. Designers retain rights to their submitted logos until the sale. Once purchased, all rights transfer to the customer.
  3. Designers grant LogoVerse a royalty-free license to display, modify, or showcase logos submitted on the platform.
  4. Customers may use, reproduce, or modify purchased logos freely.

4. Refund Policy

  • Customers can request refunds within 5 days of initial design delivery.
  • Refund percentages depend on the timing of the request:
    • Before initial concept delivery: Full refund (minus 10% service fee)
    • Within 48 hours: 66% refund (minus 10% service fee)
    • 48–120 hours: 33% refund (minus 10% service fee)
  • No refunds after 120 hours. Exceptions apply for duplicate charges or delivery failures.
  • Non-refundable services: hosting, domain registration, content writing, or any additional web services.

5. Fees & Payments

  1. All payments are in USD ($).
  2. Customers must pay before receiving services.
  3. Designers receive commissions 10–40% after LogoVerse fees.
  4. Users are responsible for taxes related to sales or purchases.

6. Account Terms

  1. Users must provide accurate information and maintain account security.
  2. Designers may not create multiple accounts.
  3. LogoVerse may suspend accounts for fraudulent, spam, or illegal activity.

7. Usage Policy

Users agree not to:

  • Violate any intellectual property, privacy, or trademark rights.
  • Upload malicious software or viruses.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools.

8. Disclaimers

  1. All logos and designs are original.
  2. Purchased designs may not be exclusive unless additional fees are paid.
  3. LogoVerse is not liable for misuse of designs after purchase.

9. Certain Restrictions

  1. Users may not resell, exploit, or reverse engineer services.
  2. LogoVerse reserves the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any service.

10. Feedback

By providing feedback, users grant LogoVerse the right to use it for promotional or operational purposes. Confidential information should not be shared through feedback.

11. Changes to Terms

LogoVerse may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of updated terms. Users are responsible for maintaining valid contact information.
